My name is Becca, also known to some as Hiccup (hence the title of my blog).
I am currently a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Cameroon. I am an education volunteer, so I teach at a lycée (high school) in a village called Dibi. I will be serving from May 2015 through August 2017; so if there aren't many posts now, just hold on a while, they'll get there.
If you scroll back far enough, you'll notice that there are some posts that have nothing to do with Cameroon. I spent the Spring semester of my junior year abroad in Chile (I seem to have a thing about "C" countries), and those earlier posts are from my experiences there.
I created this blog originally to stay in touch with friends and family while I was abroad, and I intend to continue to use it as a method of documenting my future travels. So hold on tight, because it's going to be quite the ride!
